Privacy Policy – Viba
Effective Date: 1st August 2025
This Privacy Policy explains how AXORA Labs (“we,” “our,” “us”), the developer of Viba (“the App”), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the App. By using Viba, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who We Are
Viba is operated by AXORA Labs, a sole proprietorship based in Greece. For questions regarding privacy, contact:

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account Data: Email address and Viba account generated password (securely stored via Firebase Authentication).
- Uploaded Content: Screenshots and/or text you submit for AI analysis.
- Subscription Data: Payment and subscription details (processed via Google Play or Apple App Store – we do not store your full payment details).
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device Data: Device model, operating system, app version, and unique identifiers.
- Usage Analytics: Event tracking and aggregated statistics via Google Analytics for Firebase (non-identifiable).
- Crash Reports: Basic diagnostic data for debugging.
We do not collect location data or track your GPS.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your information is used only to:
- Operate and provide the App’s features, including AI-powered relationship analysis (via 3rd Party OpenAI Service).
- Store your results (screenshots and analysis) for your history (up to 1 year or until deleted).
- Improve our services by analyzing anonymized, aggregated usage statistics.
- Communicate with you regarding updates, account support, and technical issues.
- Meet legal obligations and prevent misuse of the App.
We do not sell your data or share it for targeted advertising.
4. How Your Data is Processed
- Uploaded screenshots/text are securely stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and Firestore.
- AI analysis is performed by OpenAI solely to generate your requested output. No data is retained by the AI provider beyond processing.
- Screenshots and analysis results remain linked to your account for up to 1 year, or until you manually delete them.
5. Sharing of Data
We only share your data with:
- Service Providers: Firebase (authentication, storage, analytics), OpenAI (AI processing), and Google Analytics for Firebase.
- Payment Processors: Google and Apple, for subscriptions.
- Legal Authorities: If required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
We never sell your data to advertisers or brokers.
6. Data Retention
- Screenshots, analyses, and account data: stored for up to 12 months or until deleted by you, either inside the app in Settings/Account Settings/Delete Account & Data or by contacting us at support-viba@axoralabs.com.
- Analytics and logs: stored for up to 12 months.
- If you delete your account, all data is permanently removed within 30 days (except where required by law).
7. How to Delete Your Account and Data
Users can permanently delete their Viba account and all associated data (including screenshots, analyses, and account information) by either:
- Using the in-app feature: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account & Data.
- Submitting a deletion request: Email us at support-viba@axoralabs.com with the subject line “Delete My Viba Account.”
All account data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Users may also manually delete individual analyses at any time from their history, which permanently removes those files from our servers.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption for all data transfers and Firebase’s security standards for storage. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
9. Children & Minors
- Viba is not intended for users under 16.
- Users aged 16–17 must use the App only with parental or guardian consent.
- We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
10. Your Rights (GDPR and Similar Laws)
If you are in the EU/EEA or other regions with privacy laws, you have the right to:
- Access or request deletion of your personal data.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent (where applicable).
- File a complaint with a supervisory authority.

11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices. Updates will be posted in the App and on our website, with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
