How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account and data from the app: Settings > Account > Delete Account & Data, or by emailing support-viba@axoralabs.com.

How long is my data stored?

Your screenshots and analyses are stored for up to 1 year or until you delete them. Account and history data is removed within 30 days after deletion requests.

How do I report a bug?

Email us with screenshots and a description of the issue at support-viba@axoralabs.com. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
