Terms and Conditions – Viba
Effective Date: 1st August 2025
Welcome to Viba, an application developed and operated by AXORA Labs (“we,” “our,” “us”), based in Greece. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Viba (“the App”), including all features, services, and content we provide. By downloading, accessing, or using Viba, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who We Are
Viba is a relationship insight and analysis app powered by AI, designed to help users better understand the dynamics and emotional health of their personal interactions. Viba is owned and operated by AXORA Labs, a sole proprietorship located in Greece.

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to use Viba.
- Users aged 16–17 must have parental or guardian consent.
- By creating an account, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
- You have provided accurate information and will maintain your account securely.
3. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Viba for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:
- Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or resell any part of the App.
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Circumvent any security measures or attempt to exploit the App’s services.
4. Account and Data
- To use certain features, you must create an account via email and password or supported third-party sign-in (Google).
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
- You may request account and data deletion at any time (see Section 10).
5. AI and Content
- Viba uses AI (OpenAI services) to analyze text and screenshots provided by you.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze it to provide the App’s services.
- You must not upload content that:
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material.
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others.
- AI outputs are advisory only and should not be considered professional counseling, legal, or therapeutic advice.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
- Viba requires a paid subscription, billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- All payments, renewals, and cancellations are handled through the respective platform and are subject to their terms.
- Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Data and Privacy
- Our Privacy Policy (available at https://axoralabs.com/viba/privacy) explains how we collect, store, and protect your data.
- By using Viba, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
- Screenshots and analyses are stored for up to 1 year or until you delete them.
8. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your access to Viba if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in unlawful behavior.
- You may delete your account at any time using the in-app option or by emailing support-viba@axoralabs.com.
- Upon termination, your license ends and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers
Viba is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for your specific needs. We are not responsible for any decisions, outcomes, or consequences resulting from your reliance on the App’s analyses.
10. Account & Data Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time:
- In-app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account & Data.
- By email: Contact support-viba@axoralabs.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.”
All data (including screenshots, analyses, and account details) will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, or business practices. Updates will be posted within the App and on our website with a new effective date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and the European Union (EU). Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Greece, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
